    Wonderful evening! The atmosphere was cozy, the service was great - lovely staff was friendly and attentive - and the mood was France meets NY. We loved the roasted chicken, and the crispy mushroom appetizer. If you pop in this summer there is still time to enjoy the delicious restaurant week menu! If you like frite.... Hmmm delicious! Will definitely return.

    Fabulous meal with quality service. Luca, our server was fantastic, personable and accommodating, and so was every server and staff member we interacted with. Ordered the fennel salad, escargot, mussels (not pictured), octopus. mushroom truffle flatbread, mushroom gnocchi, braised short rib cavatelli and the bronzino. We loved everything--cavatelli, escargot and mussels were our faves. Had no room for dessert unfortunately. Loved the vibe of the restaurant and corner of Havemeyer. And reservations were easy to make. Highly recommend.

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Recette for my homie girls bday brunch. The restaurant is situated in Williamsburg, which exuded a lively and clean outdoor atmosphere.   The service was cool, We were seated promptly, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was calm. Now, onto the main event--the food! Our dishes were good I wish the portions were bigger though lol. I had the lobster Benedict it was good I enjoyed it though it was kind of cold not sure if it's suppose to be but I enjoyed it, I also had potato's & a house salad with it.   Would I recommend Recette ? Absolutely! It's a fantastic spot for a casual dinner.
